Why do all ATMs have braille?

I was reading that article. It's cool. It explains why all ATMs have braille. Even the drive thru ones.

If one can drive, they won't need braille, right? LOL

Ah, very interesting. I always figured it was because of equality issues, but never realized it was also very practical.

I went to ATM many a times and never noticed it.
Now I think came to something new. But still confused why they put braille.
